Mrs. Freeman, a homemaker, was born August 17, 1938 in Concordia Parish, LA, and died Nov 30, 1997 at Glenwood Hospital. She was a member of Lismore Baptist church in Lismore. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. "Bob" Freeman of West Monroe.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law: Dana and Ricky Morris of Arlington, TX; four grandchildren: Shorrie, Leah, Rick, and Max Morris, all of Arlington, TX; two brothers: Jack Mount and Freddy Mount, both of Lismore, LA; and one sister: Emma Wallace of Baton Rouge, LA. Pallbearers were Mahlon Blackstock, Jeff Bairnsfather, Joe Mount, Brad Mount, Rick Morris, Andy Wallace. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer society or Lismore Baptist Church, Lismore, LA.
