Private funeral services for George Dallas Williams, Sr., 87 of New Orleans will be at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home. A private burial will take place in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum. A public memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 5, 1997 at Munholland Methodist Church, 1201 Metairie Road.

Mr. Williams died Sunday, November 2, 1997 at Ochsner Foundation Hospital in Jefferson, La.

He was a native of El Dorado, AR, and a resident of New Orleans, LA, for 57 years. Mr. Williams graduated with honors from Louisiana Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He was retired Senior Vice President of T.L. James, Inc., and Chairman of Realty Service Corp. since September of 1995.

Survivors include his wife: Enajames Black Williams; son: George Dallas Williams, Jr., of Cary, North Carolina; daughters: Ann Williams Parker, Kay Williams, and Sandra Williams Dinon; sister: Lurline Williams Ellington of Rayville, LA; and seven grandchildren.
