Services for Mrs. cooper will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, November 21, 1997 at Rosin Creek Pentecostal Church, Harrisonburg, LA, with Revs. Norris Poole, David Bailey, and George Booth, Jr., officiating. Interment will be in Joe Boothe Cemetery under direction of Young's Funeral Home in Jonesville. Mrs. Cooper was born February 20, 1923 at Harrisonburg, LA. She was a homemaker and a member of the Pentecostal Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Travis Cooper, Sr.; son: Timothy Grayson Cooper; Father: Cecil Maurice Boothe, and mother: Annie Elizabeth Boothe.

Survivors include her daughter: Sue C Walker of Jonesville; sons: Travis Cooper of San Diego, CA, Chester Cecil cooper of Manifest, La., Bryan Leonard Cooper of Los Angeles, CA, brothers: Jeff Boothe of Harrisonburg, Rev. Jesse E. Boothe of Winnsboro, C.C. "Bill" Boothe of Harrisonburg, and Milton (Oudie) Boothe of Harrisonburg; sister: Ann B. Davis of Jonesville; grandchildren: Ingrid Jennings, Timmy and Justin Cooper; great-grandchildren: Trey and Trever Jennings.
