Bethyl Cemetery Listing

The following is a complete listing of the Bethyl Cemetery in Jackson Parish, 
LA. The cemetery is getting in pretty bad shape and several markers are broken
or have fallen over. This cemetery is located about three or four miles SW of
Eros just north of Hwy. 34 on Bethyl Road. If you know where to look you can
see the fence from the Hwy. This listing was compiled on May 18, 1997, by

The first several graves are from inside a fenced in area inside the main
cemetery. The fenced area is about 75' by 30' and there is still a lot of
empty space inside the fence. There may be some old unmarked graves inside as
it is in the very center of the main cemetery and there are no very old
markers.
