The Monroe Symphony Orchestra closes the 40th Anniversary Season with "Orchestral Fireworks" including Wagner's Prelude to Die Meistersinger, Rimsky-Korsakov's Capriccio Espagnol, and The Rock by Rachmaninoff. The concert will conclude with pianist Jennifer Tu, winner of the Marjorie Stricklin Emerging Artists Competition, performing Liszt's Totentanz.
