I have a single left venticle, transposition of the greater vessels, dual inlet & dual outlet, and mesocardia. I was born in Boston,MA, because I had to have CARDIOVASCULAR SURGERY at just six days old!! I also had to return to Boston for a second CARDIOVASCULAR SURGERY at nine months old!! I will make a third trip at two - to - three years old for another cardiac surgery. I think Santa knows what a special little guy I am, so maybe he could bring me something really special. I've had my eye on a motorized truck at Toys R Us !! It would be great if Santa could fit that in his sleigh for me!

I know it's kinda late in the year on the 8th day of December to be sending you a wish list, however there is a saying that says better late than never. This year has been extremely rough, in February my grandmother went into the hospital in New Orleans, La, suffering from a variety of things including depression from her late husbands death, she remained in the hospital for months and months until the doctors could get the infection off of her body and get her mentally stabled. She is suppose to be coming home for Christmas and Santa I just would like for you to make this a very special Christmas for her. I know that we have several medical bills and other medical expenses that we are taking care of for her but if you could drop something in her stocking such as a very nice gift I'm really sure that would make her Christmas and mines too.
