How do I delete messages In the webmail interface:

 

 

NOTE: If you do not have a trash folder available on the left side panel you will need to create one manually. If you have a trash folder already listed skip to step 14

1. Click SETTINGS in the right hand corner

2. Click the FOLDERS tab

3. Go to the bottom of the page to CREATE NEW FOLDER

4. Type TRASH in the blank for FOLDER NAME

5. Click CREATE

6. You will see the folder at the top in the folder list now

7. There will be a small square that you will need to click which will place a check mark there

8. Now click the PREFERENCES tab

9. On the left column click SPECIAL FOLDERS

10. For each item listed on the right choose the folder you want to use by clicking the down arrow

11. Click SAVE

12. Click E-MAIL in the upper right menu

13. Your should now see all of your folders listed on the left side of your email box now

14. Click the messages you would like to delete (this should highlight the message)

15. Then click the red circle with the line through it. This will more the message to the Trash folder.
